UZSE’s turnover makes up 4.2bn soums in June

In June, the exchange recorded 84 deals, of which six were registered IPO market and 78 at the secondary market. Some 26.7 million shares were sold at 22 trade sessions.

Share of the IPO market in total volume of trades made up 41.4% or 1.7 billion soums and on number of realized shares – 47% or 12.5 million shares.

In the reporting period, share of the secondary market on total volume reached 58.6% or 2.5 billion soums, and on number of realized shares – 53% or 14.2 million shares.

It is worth to mention that no deals were recorded at REPO and corporate bonds markets in June 2011.

In June, insurance sector led on sales of shares at UZSE. Share of the sector in total exchange turnover made up 58.7% or 2.5 billion soums.
