Uzselhozmashleasing to raise charter capital by 1.54bn soums

Uzselhozmashleasing (Uzbek Agriculture Machinery Leasing) will raise its charter capital by 1.54 billion soums.
The company registered prospectus of emission, which envisages emission of 700,000 shares with par value of 2,200 soums each.
Uzselhozmashleasing was founded on 30 October 1999. The founders are legal entities and individuals.
Uzselhozmashleasing focuses on rendering leasing services to agriculture goods producers with stable production and financial activities.
