UZSE turnover reaches 4.7bn soums in June

Trade turnover of Uzbekistan Stock Exchange made up 4.7 billion soums in June 2014, which fell almost twice compared to the same period of 2013 (9.4 billion soums).
Overall, the exchange recorded 60 deals with 23.5 million shares of 20 issuers.
The turnover of the IPO market was 3. 7 billion soums or 78.1%. Share of secondary market made up 21.9% or 1 billion soums.
The average size of the exchange deals in June made up 78.3 million soums against 95.4 million soums in June 2013.
The average daily volume of the deals with the securities made up 247.2 million soums in June 2014 compared to 445.4 million soums in June 2013.
The average price of one realized security made up 200 soums in June 2014, while the figure was 1,008.1 soums in June 2013.
The largest deal was recorded on 23 June 2014 at the IPO market, when 20.5 million shares of Hamkorbank were acquired for 2.8 billion soums.
The exchanged said that 93.3% or 4.4 billion soums of deals fell to share of the securities of the financial enterprises and 4.8% or 0.2 billion soums – industrial enterprises.
