UZSE turnover reaches 198.1bn soums in Jan-Oct

The exchange registered 2,393 deals with 575.4 million shares of 114 joint stock companies in the reporting period.

About 50.1% of exchange turnover or 99.2 billion soums fell to share of financial institutions, of which 49.3% of total turnover or 97.6 billion soums – to banks.

Agri-industrial complex accounted 7.5% of total turnover in ten months of 2016 or 14.8 billion soums. Share of industry made up 15.5% or 30.6 billion soums and construction enterprises – 0.9% or 1.8 billion soums.
