UZSE turnover makes up 51.8bn soums in Jan-Sep
According to UZSE, 716 deals with 102.691 million shares of 96 issues for 46 billion soums and 5,700 bonds of five issuers for 5.8 billion soums were recorded in January-September 2013.
The share of the IPO market in total turnover made up 53.3% or 27.6 billion soums, the UZSE noted.
At the same time, the volume of the IPO market decreased by 2.9 times year-on-year (79.2 billion soums).
The share of the secondary market reached 46.7% or 24.2 billion soums, which fell by 1.2 times year-on-year (29.2 billion soums in Jan-Sep 2012).
The analyses of the deals showed that 87% of deals or 45.1 billion soums fell to share of enterprises of financial sector, 76.6% of turnover or 39.7 billion soums – share of banks, 3.3% or 1.7 billion soums – insurance companies and 7.1% or 3.7 billion soums - leasing companies.
Share of industrial sector made up 0.4% of total turnover or 0.2 billion soums, agro-industrial complex – 6.1% or 3.1 billion soums and construction industry enterprises – 1.2% or 0.6 billion soums.
