UZSE turnover exceeds 20bn soums in September

Trade turnover of Uzbekistan Stock Exchange (UZSE) made up 20.2 billion soums in September, which fell by 14.3% compared to the same month of 2014 (23.7 billion soums).
The exchange recorded 260 deals with 36.2 million securities of 28 issuers, the press service of UZSE said.
About 58.3% of turnover (11.84 billion soums) fell to share of the secondary market and 41.7% - of the IPO market.
The average size of exchange deals in September made up 77.8 million soums (370 million soums in September 2014). The average daily volume of deals with the securities made up 1.011 billion soums (1.184 billion soums in September 2014).
The average price of realized one share made up 558.4 million soums in September 2015 against 341.9 soums in September 2014.
The largest deal in the exchange was recorded on 8 September, when 0.5 million shares of Qo’qon yog’-moy were traded for 6.4 billion soums (US$2.5 million).
About 65.3% of deals or 13.2 billion soums were conducted with securities of commercial banks and 31.7% or 6.4 billion soums – agri-industrial enterprises.
