UZSE to place shares for 44bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Open joint stock company “Uzbekistan Stock Exchange “Tashkent” registered additional emission of shares for 44 billion soums.
In line with the registered prospectus of emission, the UZSE will place 17,187,500 ordinary shares with par value of 2,560 soums each. Total volume of emission makes up 44 billion soums.
The shares of the emission will be fully placed on closed emission to the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan.
