UZSE registers deals for 27.7bn soums in October

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan Stock Exchange (UZSE) registered deals for 27.7 billion soums in October, which almost 1.7 times higher compared to the same months of 2015 (1.6 billion soums).

In October, UZSE recorded 200 deals with 352.6 million securities of 36 issuers.

The largest deal was recorded on 31 October, when 182,600 shares of To’ytepa metall qurilmalari were sold for US$1.9 million (5.8 billion soums at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan).

The average size of the volume of exchange deals made up 138.2 million soums. The average daily volume of deals reached 1.317 billion soums. The average price of realized one share was 78.4 soums.

About 61.3% of traded securities fell to shares of industrial enterprises, 19.5% - agriculture complex and 14.1% - banks.
