UZSE includes additional shares of Hamkorbank to trades

As reported earlier, the Center for coordinating and controlling over functioning of securities market of the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered prospectus of emission of Hamkorban on 26 September 2011.

In line with the prospectus of emission, Hamkorbank will place 60 million ordinary shares with par value of 100 soums each. Total volume of emission will make up 6 billion soums.

The shares of the emission will place on open subscription among unlimited number of investors without use of primary rights to purchase shares.

According to the bank, at least 25% of the shares of the emission will be placed through Uzbekistan Stock Exchange “Tashkent” (UZSE).
