Uzpromstroybank’s net profit reaches 1.3 trillion soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzpromstroybank reported a net profit of 1.3 trillion soums for 2024, marking a 43% increase compared to the previous year’s 0.9 trillion soums.

The bank’s total revenue surged by 70.8%, reaching 18.9 trillion soums. Its assets grew by 17.4% to 87.6 trillion soums, while its capital increased by 14.9% to 10 trillion soums.

Interest income for the year amounted to 11.6 trillion soums, up 61.8%, while non-interest income saw a 90.7% rise, reaching 7.4 trillion soums.

As of January 1, 2025, Uzpromstroybank’s loan portfolio stood at 65.5 trillion soums, reflecting a 14.6% year-on-year increase. However, the share of non-performing loans (NPL) rose from 2.2% to 2.8% over the same period.
