Uzmetkombinat shares included at official listing of UzSE

Shares of Uzmetkombinat were included to official listing of the Uzbek Stock Exchange in category B in line with the decision of the management board of the exchange.
Uzmetkombinat was founded in line with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers from 24 March 1009 through re-organization of the state enterprise.
The main activity of the enterprise is directed at processing ferrous metals’ scrap, realization of metal products, production and realization of metal consumer goods.
Uzmetkombinat registered five emissions of shares, which were fully placed. Total volume of emission is 45,614,468,880 soums.
Total number of shares comprises of 40,012,692 shares, of which 39,106,272 ordinary shares and 906,420 preferential shares. Number of shareholders is 9,948.
