UzLiDeP: Youth policy is under constant attention

A large-scale work is consistently carried out in our country to build modern sports facilities and create in them a comfortable environment for youth in sports.

In particular, over the past period of this year, the Fund for the development of children’s sport renovated 18 types of sports facilities and gyms in 72 schools and 24 objects were repaired and renovated to the amount of 100 billion soums. Today, it’s yielding results- our athletes raise the flag of Uzbekistan high at the prestigious international tournaments.

-The Fund for the development of children’s sport plays an important role in the education of harmoniously developed generation, said chairman of the Karakalpak Council of UzLiDeP S. Turmanov. - This is evidenced by today’s competition. The performances of the athletes demonstrated how young people interested in the sport.

The team of Karate Federation of the Republic of Karakalpakstan won the first place and other participants of the competition received diplomas and prizes from UzLiDeP.

The similar event on football was organized "Youth wing" of UzLiDeP in Chimbay district together with the Municipality of the district, where 12 teams demonstrated their talents and skills.

First place won the team of the branch "Chimboy toumani gas" of unitary enterprise "Shimolgaztaminot". Second and third places won the team Chimbay economic college and Chimbay district medical association. The winners and participants received prizes from the organizers.
