UzLiDeP: with a sense of responsibility for the well-being of families

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- One of the main factors of entering Uzbekistan into the ranks of developed democratic countries is all-round development of small and private businesses, increasing their share in gross domestic product, further increasing the number of family businesses, providing them full support. To this end UzLiDeP together with partner organizations are implementing large-scale social and economic projects for the population.

These days, on the initiative of the Executive Committee of the Political Council of UzLiDeP are conducted regional stage of the project «Well-Founded Family» in all regions of the country.

It should be noted that in the period 2012-2014 under the project «Well-Founded Family» in Karakalpakstan and regional stages attended by 3097 people, 1175 of them received 23 billion soum. As a result, thousand new business entities and 4 million new jobs were created.

Public Fund for support of NGOs and other civil society institutions under the OliyMajlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Center for support of business and farming in Uzbekistan organized the regional stage of the training seminar within the project «Well-Founded Family-2015» in Tashkent region on July 8, 2015. During the event 83 participants presented their business projects.

Experts, scientists, entrepreneurs and farmers informed participants on the organizational and legal bases of family businesses, role and significance of banking institutions, obtaining and effectively using credit funds, the order of registration documents for pledged security.

This year banks are planning to allocate about 1 billion soum and will create 170 new jobs in Tashkent region.

During the seminar, participants received detailed answers to their questions how to obtain loans, the tax benefits and services from representatives of commercial banks.

At the end of the event the authors of the best projects awarded certificates to receive a soft loan from commercial banks.
