UzLiDeP: Interests of Entrepreneurs under Constant Focus

UzLiDeP council in Samarkand region organized the event entitled «Strong organizational and legal basis for further development and reliable protection of small business and private entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan» to implement the party pre-election programs to further developing small and private businesses, forming favorable business environment for implementation of various initiatives.
It was attended by members of UzLiDeP local council, representatives from regional Justice, territorial Chambers of Commerce and Industry, State Property Committee, Central and commercial banks as well as entrepreneurs and farmers.
Participants noted that in our country created a unified system of legal bases to support small and private businesses and protect their rights and legal interests.
It should be noted that the measures taken in the region to support small businesses, providing complete freedom in the way of private enterprise development. It is backed by the fact that in the past 9 months, 1691 new entities of entrepreneurship were set up in the region. Currently, the total number reached 15,840 thousand and for this purpose 766 billion of credit funds were allocated. As a result, the share of small businesses in gross regional product amounted to 83.7 percent and 72, 650 thousand jobs were created in the small and private businesses.
During the event, participants also discussed the issues of eliminating bureaucratic barriers and obstacles to the development of private property and private enterprise and their support which are the priority of UzLiDeP program.
