Uzinterimpeks receives net income for 4.725 billion soums in 2012

Net revenue reached 11.65 billion soums in 2012 (13.432 billion soums in 2011), and prime cost – 1.737 billion soums (3.581 billion soums), the annual report of the company, published in local media, said.

Gross income reached 9.9913 billion soums last year (9.85 billion soums in 2011). The report said that administrative expenses exceeded 1.855 billion soums (1.446 billion soums) and other operational income – 6.27 billion soums (7.417 billion soums) in the reporting period.

Other income of Uzinterimpeks made up 2.047 billion soums (1.222 billion soums). Income from financial activities reached 2.871 billion soums (2.721 billion soums) and expenses from financial activities – 1.238 billion soums in 2012 (785.327 million soums).

The volume of assets in 2012 hit 406.517 billion soums (371.519 billion soums). Short-term investments exceeded 7.575 billion soums (11.406 billion soums).

According to the report, the charter capital grew from 3.826 billion soums in 2011 to 6.341 billion soums in 2012. Undistributed income exceeded 12.698 billion soums (11.326 billion soums). Long-term liabilities made up 1.088 billion soums (1.602 billion soums).

State joint stock foreign trade company Uzinterimpeks was established in 1991 and belongs to the (operates in the system of) Ministry foreign economic relations, investment and trade of the Republic Uzbekistan.

The main activity of Uzinterimpeks is realization of export-import operation, granting intermediary and consulting services, attraction foreign investment by creating joint-ventures, both on the territory of Uzbekistan, and overseas.
