Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Due to the expected heavy rains on 11-15 March 2022, mudflows can occur in the foothills and mountainous regions of Uzbekistan.
The mudflows can occur in following districts:
In Kashkadarya region: in Yakkabagg, Dekhkanabad, Chirakchi, Kitab, Shakhrisyabz, Kamashin, Guzar, Kasan districts;
In Surkhandarya region: in Sariosiyo, Uzun, Altynsay, Denau, Baysun, Sherabad, Shurchinsky, Kumkurgan districts;
In Samarkand region: in Urgut, Samarkand, Bulungur, Nurabad, Koshrabad, Kattagurgan districts;
In Navoi region: in Khatyrchi, Navbakhor, Nurata, Kanimekh, Karmana districts;
In Jizzakh region: in Zaamin, Bakhmal, Gallaaral, Sharaf-Rashidov, Farish, Yangiabad, Zafaraad districts;
In Tashkent region: in Akhangaran, Bostanlyk, Parkent, Yukorichirchik, Pskent districts;
In Namangan region: in Pap, Kasansay, Chartak, Chust, Namangan, Yangikurgan districts;
In Ferghana region: in Sokh, Ferghana, Besharyk districts;
In Andijan region: in Andijan, Jalalkuduk, Kurgantepa, Pakhtaabad, Ulugnar districts.
