The company cut its expenses from 3.335 billion soums in 2011 to 2.227 billion soums in 2012.
The assets of Uzexpocenter exceeded 43.153 billion soums in 2012 against 42.443 billion soums in 2011. The charter capital was 8.735 billion soums in 2011. The state holds 99.7% stake in the company and labour collective – 0.3%.
The company hosted 54 exhibitions in 2012 against 43 in 2011. Number of exhibitors reached 3,338 units in 2012 against 3,299 in 2011. About 82% of them were Uzbek companies.
