The shareholders of the company decided to increase its charter capital by 1.015 billion soums via placement of additional 194,582 shares with par value of 5,220 soums each. Total volume of the issue is 1,015,723,260 soums.

The size of the charter capital will reach 9,750,782,520 soums after the placement of shares, the company underlined.

The shares will be placed via closed subscription in line with investment agreement with foreign trade companies of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investment and Trade of Uzbekistan.
