UZEX to pay dividends for 2011
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
General shareholders’ meeting of Uzbekistan Commodity Exchange (UZEX) adopted decision to pay dividends for 2011.
According to the decision, the exchange will pay 99.508047 soums of dividends per ordinary share.
Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 24,986,140 shares. Dividends will be paid with money resources.
As reported earlier, net income of Uzbekistan Commodity Exchange (UZEX) made up 4.781 billion soums in 2011.
