UZEX to increase its charter capital to 5.497bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Open joint stock company “Uzbekistan Commodity Exchange” (UZEX) will increase its charter capital up to 5.497 billion soums.
Shareholders of UZSE approved decision on increasing nominal value of shares of 100 soums to 220 soums.
In the result, the charter capital of UZEX will reach 5.497 billion soums.
According to UZEX, the charter capital will grow due to undistributed income for 2.998 billion soums.
