UZEX places shares for 12.118bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Joint stock company Uzbek Commodity Exchange (UZEX) registered shares for over 12.118 billion soums.
The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the UZEX.
Within the emission, the company will place 24,986,140 ordinary shares with par value of 485 soums. Total sum of the issue is over 12.118 billion soums.
According to the UZEX, the shares will be placed on closed subscription.
