Owners of gas filling station of Samarkand, Kashkadarya, Surkhandarya and Bukhara regions purchased 72% of total volume of liquefied gas. Share of Samarkand region purchased 34% of total volume.
In the reporting period, Mubarek gas processing plant increased offer of liquefied gas seven times to 38,000 tonnes and its share jumped from 5% to 28% in the reporting period.
The market showed volatility in the first five months. The volume of offered gas was 28,000 tonnes and the price was 1 million soums. After the growth of offer, the prices fell to 633,000 soums per tonnes. In March, the prices rose again to 1.1 million soums per tonnes.
The export structure changed slightly. Liquefied gas kept its leadership among goods, delivered to abroad. Last years, its share in exports was 38%, which dropped to 33% this year. Overall, 36,000 tonnes of liquefied gas were realized to exports via UZEX in five months, which rose by 39% compared the same period of 2012.
