Uzeltekhsanoat and Leading Bulgarian Companies Discuss Energy Storage System Production in Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 11 June 2025, the Uzbekistan–Bulgaria Business Forum was held in Tashkent, attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov and President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev.
Within the framework of the event, Faridun Abdulalimov, Deputy Chairman of the Uzeltekhsanoat Association, held business meetings and negotiations with executives from leading Bulgarian industrial companies, including Prista Oil, CERB Group, and TEZ.
The central focus of the discussions was the potential cooperation in establishing energy storage system production in Uzbekistan.
Special attention was given to localizing advanced technologies, fostering scientific and technical collaboration, facilitating knowledge transfer, and jointly training skilled personnel to implement innovative projects.
The Bulgarian company representatives praised the dynamic growth of Uzbekistan’s industrial sector, the favorable investment climate, and the ongoing reforms in the electrical engineering industry. They also expressed readiness to gradually implement joint initiatives.
This initiative is expected to become a significant step in strengthening strategic partnership between the two countries in the fields of industry, technology, and green energy.
