Uzelektrkabelsavdo to float fifth emission of shares
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzelektrkabelsavdo joint-stock company will float the fifth emission of shares for 339.71 million soums to raise its charter capital.
The company plans to emit 191,386 ordinary shares with par value of 1,775 soums each. The company registered the emission of shares with the regulator.
The company said its charter capital is equal to 376.52 million soums and according to accounting balance - 95.455 million soums.
