Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Under the leadership of the Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz Mehriddin Abdullayev, a video conference was held on the results of January-August and the forecast indicators of hydrocarbon production.

The critical-analytical meeting also discussed the state of implementation of the investment program and the commissioning of new facilities.

It was noted that until August 2020, in terms of natural gas production by the Mubarek and Shurtan oil and gas production departments and the Vodiy NGDU, the established plan for oil and gas production was fulfilled, but the Gazli and Ustyurt gas production departments lagged behind.

The Chairman of the Board also criticized the state of well commissioning, unsatisfactory implementation of planned activities at technological facilities and cited as an example the delay in construction work of the Uchkir compressor station.

The Chairman of the Board noted that all responsible persons should be responsible for the correct organization of work at fields, wells, and each field should have its own "owner", that is, responsible for the production of natural gas.

In addition, the state of special places where workers who work on a rotational basis at fields and wells live, the composition of food for their nutrition, and calorie content have been analyzed. The tasks for taking urgent measures in connection with the improper organization of work in certain areas have been identified.

First of all, it was noted that the ranks of workers who have been working in the system for many years are still low and all conditions have not been created to ensure the motivation of workers.

As one of the most important issues, the Chairman of the Management Board instructed to pay attention to the efficiency of commissioning gas wells after drilling and reconstruction, to increase the volume of natural gas production.

During the video conference, the issues of liquefied gas, financial errors and shortcomings in the system, as well as the increase in gasoline production were also raised.

At the end of the meeting, the Chairman of the Board instructed all heads of enterprises and organizations located in the system of Uzbekneftegaz to form an "Iron Notebook" as soon as possible - a transparent list of unemployed people in need of help who were left without income under quarantine conditions.
