Uzbekneftegaz Stops Selling AI‑80 Gasoline via Exchange Trades

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As of 2 September 2025, JSC Uzbekneftegaz has ceased the sale of AI‑80 gasoline through exchange trading.

Previously, the company had planned a phased transition to producing higher-octane AI‑92 gasoline in line with the Presidential Decree on implementing the “Uzbekistan — 2030” Strategy and the “Year of Environmental Protection and Green Economy.” From September, only AI‑92 gasoline is offered on the exchange.

The volume of AI‑92 gasoline on the exchange has been increased from 1,000 to 1,720 tons, with the possibility of further growth depending on domestic market demand.

At the same time, AI‑80 gasoline purchased in August will be fully supplied to entrepreneurs from existing stock.
