Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - As previously reported, Uzbekneftegaz in a network of gas stations that sells petroleum products under the national brand UNG organized the sale of imported gasoline of AI-92 grade and diesel fuel of European quality.
First of all, gas stations in the city of Tashkent and Tashkent region were fully provided with high-quality oil products.
After that, the sale of imported Ai-92 gasoline and diesel fuel of European quality to the Ferghana Valley was organized for the population.
Currently, gas stations of the cities of Gulistan, Jizzakh, Samarkand and Karshi are also covered with high-quality petroleum products.
In total, there are forty-five petrol stations in the republic that are already selling these imported, and primarily high-quality, petroleum products to consumers.
From 1 March, the cost of imported diesel fuel was reduced from 7,500 soums to 7,300 soums.
- Usually, the price is set at a point of equilibrium between supply and demand, explained Mirzoid Musaev, Director of UNG Petro LLC. - All things being equal, lowering the price of a product increases demand and reduces supply. Taking into account this and the interests of consumers, as well as in connection with the reduction of the enterprise’s costs for the purchase of diesel fuel at the stock exchange, its cost was reduced. This circumstance served to increase the volume of sales of these products.
In the near future, the company plans to sell high-quality Ai-95 gasoline to the public.
