Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - After the reconstruction, the 288th well of the Shurtan oil and gas production department was commissioned at the Shurtan field.

Currently, about 50 thousand cubic meters of industrial natural gas are produced from a well per day. This natural gas is sent to primary treatment for processing.

The Shurtan field is located in the Guzar district of Kashkadarya region and was launched in 1980. Currently, 156 wells produce gas at the field.
