Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In March this year, in order to bring Uzbekneftegaz JSC cooperation with international financial institutions to a new level, to effectively use the experience of international financial institutions, members of the delegation headed by Chairman of the Board Mehriddin Abdullayev paid a working visit to London.

During this visit, at a meeting with representatives of the International Bank "Credit Agricole", which is a French financial conglomerate, an agreement was reached to continue regular contacts.

Recently, G. Olivier, director of export and international trade financing of the French bank Credit Agricole, visited Uzbekneftegaz JSC to further study the necessary materials and provide financing proposals.

At the meeting, representatives of Uzbekneftegaz provided detailed information on the general activities of the company, the transformation processes carried out by the joint-stock company, investment and promising projects.

The investment project "Expanding the production capacities of the Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex" was also discussed and brief information was given on the implementation process.

During the meeting, issues of organizing financing for promising projects of Uzbekneftegaz JSC - "Production of Alkylbenzene Raw Materials (LAB)" and "Production of Butene-1 and Hexene-1" were discussed.

G. Olivier acknowledged that the meeting of the delegation headed by the Chairman of the Board Mekhriddin Abdullayev with "Credit Agricole Sredit Agricole" during the visit to London was fruitful, as a result, the bank's interest in the activities of Uzbekneftegaz increased.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue fruitful and mutually beneficial cooperation.
