Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Within the framework of the International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM-2022. Central Asia in Tashkent, the Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz Mekhriddin Abdullayev held a meeting with members of the delegation headed by the General Director of TMK Igor Korytko.

It should be noted that PJSC TMK was founded in 2001 and is the leading steel pipe manufacturer in Russia, one of the three global leaders in the pipe business. The total volume of pipe shipments in 2019 amounted to 3.83 million tons.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues on the current state of cooperation in the supply of casing and tubing under existing contracts for exploration and production wells of Uzbekneftegaz, as well as the possibility of accelerating the implementation of existing contracts. 

The parties noted that cooperation between the two companies is strategically important, which allows achieving the goals set to provide the economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan with energy resources.

With this company also reached an agreement on the supply of various types of pipelines to the oil and gas industry at lower prices, in contrast to the world market.

It should be noted that the drilling of new oil and gas wells is associated with imported pipe products. In this direction, Uzbekneftegaz JSC has carried out significant work on the supply of imported pipeline products.
