Uzbekneftegaz and McKinsey Discuss Prospects for Energy Sector Development

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The management of Uzbekneftegaz JSC held a meeting with a delegation from the international consulting firm McKinsey & Company, led by Senior Partner Yermolai Solzhenitsyn.

During the talks, the parties discussed key issues and prospects for the development of the energy sector, as well as exchanged views on current and future global and regional energy trends.

Special attention was given to improving efficiency and sustainability within energy systems, implementing innovative technologies, and adopting modern management approaches amid the global transition to a low-carbon economy.

Both sides emphasized that cooperation with leading international experts and consultants such as McKinsey & Company contributes to strengthening corporate governance, enhancing institutional resilience, and developing strategic competencies at Uzbekneftegaz.
