Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- It is planned to produce 662,200 tons of liquefied gas. This, in turn, will amount to more than 17,000 tons, or 2.6%, compared to 2021.

To date, working groups have been formed from specialists of Uzbekneftegaz and departments to implement the annual plan for the production of liquefied gas and increase the production of liquefied gas to the population and social facilities of the republic in the autumn-winter period of 2022-2023, work is systematically organized to improve indicators and ensuring the sustainability of production.

In particular, to date, the Gazli Oil and Gas Production Department is working with relevant specialists to increase the production of liquefied gas.

The increase in temperature, warming had a negative impact on technological processes, which led to a decrease in production volumes, and as a result of new technological processes on additional heat exchange equipment and air cooling equipment, installation and commissioning of the cooling system and changes in technological processes, specialists achieved an increase daily production of 50 tons of liquefied gas.

The Shurtan Oil and Gas Production Department has also taken a number of measures to increase the production of liquefied gas, and the work is currently in full swing.

During the summer season, daily temperature increases also have a negative impact on technological processes and the stable operation of plants. In order to ensure the stability of production, additional cooling equipment is mounted around the air-cooled cooling equipment at the entrance to the 1st stage plant.

In order to increase the efficiency of propane-butane mixture separation plants, the DRESSER-RAND organization in the city of Chirchik is repairing protective valves on gas compressor units No. 8, 9 and restoring power.

As a result of these works, at the installations for the separation of propane-butane mixture from gas of the Shurtan Oil and Gas Production Department, an increase in the daily volume of liquefied gas production by 30 tons will be ensured.

In order to ensure the stability of the plants in the autumn-winter period, round-the-clock work was organized at the Mubarek gas processing plant, and the plants were repaired in a short time.

Due to the organization of round-the-clock work on the repair of installations, it was possible to avoid possible reductions in the repair. Also, due to the stable operation of the plants, it was possible to achieve an increase in daily production by 35 tons compared to the average for the month of June.

The planned indicator for the production of liquefied gas in the oil and gas production departments and plants of Uzbekneftegaz for January-June 2022 was set at 319,500 tons, 340,700 tons were actually produced and the implementation of the plan was 6.6% (growth rate to the corresponding the period of the last year 9.8%).

It is worth noting that throughout the Republic, liquefied gas is produced in departments and at the plants of Uzbekneftegaz .

On the part of Uzbekneftegaz , services for the production of liquefied gas are provided to both foreign and joint ventures. According to statistical data, plans for 408,500 tons were outlined with foreign enterprises in the republic in January-June, production of 427,800 tons was actually achieved, the plan was fulfilled by 4.7%.

In order to increase production volumes by foreign companies in the republic, Uzbekneftegaz provides practical assistance in constant cooperation.

The sale of the extracted liquefied gas is scheduled for January-June with the supply of 378,600 tons to consumers of the Republic, in fact, 399,500 tons were delivered. The implementation of the plan was 105.5%.

At the same time, first of all, for the domestic needs of the population and social facilities, the supply of liquefied gas to the territorial branches of gas supply of Khududgaztaminot is provided according to the agreed schedules.

During the reporting period, it is planned to supply 297,200 tons, in fact, 100% delivered compared to the plans of 297,300 tons (growth rate of 6.3%).

In 2019-2022, the volume of additional supplies to the regional branches of gas supply of Khududgaztaminot for the domestic needs of the population and social facilities is increasing annually. According to the analysis, in the 1st half of 2019, 224,200 tons were supplied, the average daily production was 1,200 tons.

In the 1st half of 2022, 297,300 tons were delivered, which, in turn, averaged 1,600 tons per day.

The departments and plants of Uzbekneftegaz continue systematic work on the supply of liquefied gas of good quality and in accordance with international standards, further increase in production capacity and uninterrupted supply in the established volumes to all types of consumers of the Republic.
