Uzbekiston Temir Yollari to issue shares for 86.638bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekiston Temir Yollari (Uzbekistan Railways) will issue an additional emission of ordinary shares for about 86.638 billion soums.
The shareholders of the company adopted decision on issuing additional 201,483,576 ordinary shares with par value of 430 soums each.
The shares will be placed on closed subscription to the State Competition Committee of Uzbekistan.
The company said that the shares will be paid via transferring state assets to the balance of Uzbekiston Temir Yollari.
