Uzbekistan’s Pharmaceutical Development Agency Discusses Cooperation with Belgian Company Bio-Sourcing

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 15 October, Abdulla Azizov, Director of the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry, held an online meeting with representatives of the Belgian company Bio-Sourcing via videoconference.

During the discussions, both sides reviewed the company’s activities, its scientific approach to product development, and the application of advanced technologies in the pharmaceutical sector.

The talks focused on the development prospects of Uzbekistan’s pharmaceutical market and potential collaboration with local manufacturers.

Special attention was given to promising areas for joint work, including technology transfer projects, development of next-generation products, and their integration into local production.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to prepare practical proposals and further develop the partnership in the next stage.
