Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting with Ingo Jung, manager of the German recruitment company Askania Future GmbH, based in the federal state of Saxony-Anhalt.

During negotiations with First Deputy Minister of Transport Mamanbiy Omarov, the parties discussed prospects for introducing a dual education system in Uzbekistan based on German standards. Key topics also included the potential for organizing German language courses, professional development programs for specialists, and support for the employment of Uzbek citizens in Germany’s transport sector.

Ingo Jung expressed strong interest in launching educational programs aimed at training highly qualified specialists in logistics and international freight transportation.

Following the meeting, both sides outlined concrete areas for further cooperation and agreed on initial steps to implement joint initiatives.
