Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Representatives of Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services held a meeting with officials from Zhengxin Shoufu Management Consults (Beijing), a Chinese consulting firm specializing in supporting Chinese enterprises in entering and integrating into international markets.

The talks focused on attracting Chinese investment into promising projects in Uzbekistan’s housing sector.

During the meeting, the Ministry provided an overview of relevant legislation, as well as information on public data resources, tender rating platforms, and contract transparency tools.

Key topics included potential investment projects in housing construction and renovation across the country, alongside initiatives aimed at improving the energy efficiency of residential buildings.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties agreed to develop mutually beneficial projects and further strengthen bilateral cooperation in the construction and housing sectors.
