Uzbekistan’s Foreign Ministry Launches Telegram Bot to Support Citizens in the Middle East

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan has launched a dedicated Telegram bot, Telegram account @tiv_yordam_bot, to promptly receive requests from citizens located in countries of the Middle East.

Through the bot, Uzbek nationals can submit consular inquiries, report their location and current situation, and request urgent assistance if necessary. The ministry stressed the importance of providing accurate and complete information, which will enable diplomatic missions to respond quickly and provide the necessary support.

Diplomatic missions and consular offices of Uzbekistan remain in constant contact with the relevant foreign authorities and are taking measures to ensure the safety of citizens and protect their rights.
