Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan Dilshod Rasulov held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lithuania to Uzbekistan, Egidijus Navikas.

The parties discussed ways to expand trade and economic cooperation, including organizing reciprocal business delegations, holding business forums, and exhibitions to boost bilateral trade.

Special attention was given to the effective use of the Uzbekistan Trade House in the city of Klaipėda, which is expected to help increase Uzbek exports to the Lithuanian market.

The possibility of a visit by a delegation of Uzbek entrepreneurs to Lithuania in June of this year was also considered. The trip will feature B2B meetings and investment negotiations.

At the end of the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining active dialogue and strengthening practical cooperation.
