Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 15 December 2022, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan with Jack Anderson, Head of the branch Bureau of the US State Department of Narcotics and Law Enforcement of the US Embassy in Tashkent. This was reported by the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of bilateral cooperation in training employees of the internal affairs bodies of Uzbekistan.

The head of the branch of the Bureau drew attention to the fact that in recent years, positive reforms have been carried out in the system of internal affairs bodies, along with other areas.

The parties also agreed to work out the issues of organizing practical trainings and training courses on the relationship of law enforcement agencies with the public and other interested areas.
