The corresponding decision was adopted at the session of the Government, which was held on 13 July, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine said.
Earlier, Uzbekistan Havo Yollari and Ukraine International Airlines conducted one flight each per week.
But the State Aviation Service of Ukraine abolished flight permission of Uzbekistan Havo Yollari to conduct flights to Ukraine. In response, Uzbekistan abolished permissions of Ukraine International Airlines.
First Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Vladimir Shulmeister said that the problem, which is in commercial level, should be solved between airlines of two states.
He said that the meeting with the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Ukraine Alisher Abdualiev will be held this week to discuss resumption of flights between two states.
Valerii Voschevskyi said that this situation is inadmissible and demanded to resume flights with Uzbekistan to execute international obligations of Ukraine.
