Uzbekistan to tighten criminal liability for fraud and car theft

Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan considered a draft law “On introduction of changes to Criminal Code of Uzbekistan”.

The draft law is directed at further improving c criminal liability for fraud and car theft and takes into account analyzes of criminal situation, its dynamics and law enforcement.

Adoption of the law will help to strengthen protection of rights and interests of individuals and legal entities and improve preventing crimes in these areas.
