Uzbekistan to revise educational plans, programmes of universities

President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov signed a resolution “On admission to higher education establishments of Uzbekistan in 2016/2017 academic year” on 26 May.

Uzbek leader entrusted the ministers to fully review educational plans and programmes with attraction of leading higher educational establishments of developed countries by the beginning of new academic year.

The resolution said that Uzbekistan should fully refuse from old approaches and methods of teaching and introduce new underground and graduate educational plans and programmes.

The documents underlined that work of teachers and their simulation should be based on their knowledge of foreign language and level of use of modern pedagogic, multimedia and ICT.
