Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Uzbekistan will receive 3.6 million doses of Moderna vaccine, Nurmat Otabekov, a member of the headquarters for combating coronavirus, said.

He added that Uzbekistan will receive these vaccines under the COVAX program.

Nurmat Otabekov said that the Moderna vaccine will be used to vaccinate the population over 18 years old.

Earlier, it was reported that on 29 July, 3 million doses of Moderna vaccine will arrive in Uzbekistan.
