Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan will soon launch production of the Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine, Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Rashid Nurgaliev said this in an interview with Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

Earlier it was reported that the Uzbek side selected a site for the production of the drug.

It should be noted that Uzbekistan also plans to launch the production of the ZF-UZ-VAC-2001 vaccine in cooperation with China.

To date, Uzbekistan has received 330,000 doses of the Sputnik V vaccine from Russia.
