Uzbekistan to attend SCO meeting in Chendu

On 10-12 November 2015, the delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan will take part in the next meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, dedicated to the prevention and elimination of emergency situations, in Chendu city (PRC).
According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, as part of the provisions of the Agreement between the Governments of the SCO member states on cooperation in rendering assistance in emergency situations from 2005, heads of ministries and departments of the corresponding profile will consider the issues of response to emergency situations of natural and anthropogenic type.
