Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Uzbekistan from 10 July to 1 August again reinforces quarantine restrictions. The Special Republican Commission for the Control of Coronavirus adopted a corresponding decision.
In accordance with the decision of the commission in Uzbekistan, the movement of vehicles is limited.
Organizations are required by law to send employees on a leave of absence. The remaining employees will be transferred to the remote mode of operation as much as possible.
The commission banned the holding of meetings in organizations and enterprises. If necessary, they should be conducted via video conference mode.
The country introduced a ban on the movement of vehicles between regions (except for official and personal vehicles of organizations involved in the cultivation of agricultural products).
The special republican commission suspended the holding of performances, cultural, entertainment and other public events, weddings and family events.
Persons over 65 are not allowed to be in public places. On the streets and in other places, groups of more than three people are prohibited.
It is also suspended activities of
- Recreation parks and attractions;
- Markets and large stores;
- Gyms, fitness clubs and pools
- Preschool educational institutions and training courses;
- Catering facilities (restaurants, cafes, teahouses);
- Sanatoriums, boarding houses, children's camps and beaches.
According to the decision of the commission, the number of international flights will be halved based on an analysis of the epidemiological situation in foreign countries.
International freight drivers will be required to take coronavirus tests.
