Uzbekistan Textile Exports Reach US$216.5M in January

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In January 2026, Uzbekistan exported textile products totaling US$216.5 million, according to the National Statistics Committee.

This figure accounted for 12.8% of the country’s total exports during the period.

Finished textile products made up the largest share, representing 51% of total textile exports. Yarn accounted for a significant portion as well, at 31%.

Knit fabrics comprised 8% of textile exports, while woven fabrics accounted for 7%.

Additionally, hosiery products made up 2% of exports, and carpets accounted for 1%.
