Uzbekistan Temir Yollari launches new tourism train Afsona

The special tourism train “Afsona” will transport tourists and passengers from Uzbek regions such as Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and Kashkadarya to Khorezm region of Uzbekistan.

The train will link southern regions to northern regions of Uzbekistan and it should help to develop internal tourism in Uzbekistan. The train consists of eight wagons – lux, coupe and restaurant.

Uzjeldorpass said that tourism train Afsona was organized to execute decisions of the president and government of Uzbekistan on development of tourism in Khorezm region in 2013-2015 and internal tourism of Uzbekistan, as well as popularize railway tours.
