Uzbekistan street in Tashkent renamed to Islam Karimov street

Council of People’s Deputies of Tashkent adopted a corresponding decision on execution of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev “On perpetuation of the memory of the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov” on 25 January 2017.

Tashkent city administration said that Islam Karimov street links such district of Tashkent as Mirabad, Yunusabad, Yakkasaray, Shayhantahur and Chilanzar.
