Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The ADM Jizzakh plant in Uzbekistan may launch full-cycle production of Lada cars. Artak Kamalyan, Minister for Industry and Agro-Industrial Complex of the EEC, spoke about this in an interview with Izvestiya. 

Since October 2021, SKD assembly of Lada cars has been carried out there: Vesta, ХRay, Largus. Now, according to the minister, the issue of organizing the production of a full cycle, which involves welding and painting bodies, is being worked out.

“According to the information of the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan, work is currently underway at ADM Jizzakh to build and equip new production facilities to organize the production process of models - Lada Vesta and Lada XRay,” he said.
